PRODUCTS

Physical Products
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you would like to return a Product(s) for a refund please contact us within 14 working days from the delivery date at hello@myndly.co. Items must be returned to us in their original condition with the sales receipt.

If your Products are faulty or damaged, we must be notified in writing within 14 days of receipt of Products. Please contact us at hello@myndly.co and provide 1) Full details of the damage or fault and 2) Pictures. Any notification later than this will result in a void claim.

 

Unless the Product(s) is faulty, you are responsible for all costs associated with the return.

 

Any shipping costs for orders are non refundable.

Digital Products

All sales of Digital Products are final. No returns or refunds are allowed due to the immediate access and nature of digital products.
