We ask for prepayment at the time of booking — this ensures your time is held exclusively for you. We work with prepayment because it supports clear planning, protects your time in our calendar, and allows us to run our practice smoothly and sustainably.
Rescheduling
We understand that life happens — unexpectedly, inconveniently, and sometimes at the very last minute. Because of this, we offer a flexible cancellation policy: you may reschedule your consult up to the moment it begins, and we will simply find another time that works.
We hold ourselves to the same standard. If we ever need to cancel unexpectedly, we will let you know as soon as possible and arrange a new time.
Please note that this policy is offered with mutual respect:

If last-minute cancellations become frequent, we may need to review the arrangement to ensure we can continue offering you the level of support, time, and presence you deserve.

No-shows are not refunded as we’ll spend time waiting and holding the session open.

We want you to feel confident in your decision to work with us. If you decide not to proceed, please let us know at your earliest convenience.
Whether a refund can be offered depends on several factors, including:

How much notice you provide*

Whether any preparation has been completed

Whether third-party assessment materials have been purchased, or any other costs incurred

Professional, ethical, and administrative obligations.
*As a general guide:

More than 24 hours’ notice may allow for a refund, depending on the service and any preparation undertaken.

Less than 24 hours’ notice is unlikely to be eligible for a refund, as the time has been reserved and can’t usually be reallocated at short notice.
Because each situation is different, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
