The information on our Website is provided for general information only.  Although we (Myndly) make reasonable efforts to update the information on our Website, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether expressed or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

Psychology

Our tools have been curated by psychologists. However, they are not intended to be a therapeutic tool or intervention, or to replace the advice of your health professional(s).

Product Issues

If your Products are faulty or damaged, we must be notified in writing within 14 days of receipt of Products. Please contact us at hello@myndly.co and provide 1) Full details of the damage or fault and 2) Pictures. Any notification later than this will result in a void claim.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Intellectual Property (IP) in connection with the Products and any services provided by us belong and are the sole property of Myndly, including all content, any website, trademark or trade name, logo, text and graphics, and you agree that you will not infringe any such rights in any way. 

On purchase of any Myndly Products, you agree that they will only be used for personal use. They cannot be used for commercial workshops and events without written permission from Myndly.

Lost Products

If your order does not arrive, we must be notified in writing within 30 days from the order date. Any notification later than this will result in a void claim. Contact us at hello@myndly.co

Orders Outside of Australia

We do not generally post orders outside of Australia however, we are happy to explore this on a case-by-case basis. For international postage enquiries please contact us at hello@myndly.co. Please check what taxes and duties may apply, as we will not cover these. We will not be held responsible for any charges you may have to pay once the Products reach the destination country. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by the postage service in delivering the Product(s).

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you would like to return an item for a refund please contact us within 14 working days from the delivery date at hello@myndly.co. Items must be returned to us in their original condition with the sales receipt.

 

Unless the Product(s) is faulty, you are responsible for all costs associated with the return.

 

Any shipping costs for orders are non refundable.

Product Images

Images of our Products on the Website are intended as a guide and the actual Product(s) may differ slightly in some respects. All weights and dimensions given are approximate.

Promotions

The sign-up discount applies to Products purchased online. It does not include sale items. The discount code will be sent in the initial welcome email following sign up to our mailing list and can only be used once per customer.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes apply to full priced items only.

Your Right to Make Changes

If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us at hello@myndly.co. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the Product(s), the timing of supply, or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change to your order.

Delivery

The costs of delivery within Australia is free of charge (excludes Express Postage). We will endeavour to deliver the Product(s) as soon as possible after confirmation of your order to the address you provide. We will try to keep you informed of any delay. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by the postage service in delivering the Product(s).
