License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital products in your business and as part of the services you provide to your clients, for the duration of your annual license.
Annual License Fee
Access to our products is provided in return for an annual license fee, payable in advance. Your access may be suspended if payment is not received on time.
Access to Resources
For your annual license fee, you get access to all existing digital resources and any new resources we add during your license period. While we cannot commit to a specific number of new resources, we create and add them at our discretion. We always welcome your ideas and suggestions for resources you’d like to see included.
How You Can Use the Products
You may:

Use the digital products internally in your business;

Use the products with your clients as part of the services you provide;

Make reasonable copies for use in your business or with clients.
You may not:

Resell or sublicense the products to other organisations;

Share the products outside your business or with anyone who is not your client;

Modify, reverse engineer, or try to recreate the products.
Use of Branding and Materials
You may not remove, alter, or obscure our logo, branding, or any images included in the digital products. All materials must be used as provided and cannot be modified in any way.
Ownership
We own all intellectual property in the digital products. This license lets you use them — it doesn’t give you ownership of the products themselves.
Term and Renewal
Your license lasts for one year from the start date. You can renew annually by paying the license fee. We may terminate the license if you breach these terms.
Confidentiality
You agree to keep our products and any supporting materials confidential and only use them as allowed under this license.
Updates and Support
We may occasionally update our products to improve functionality or content. These updates are included in your license.
Liability
Our products are provided “as is.” We aren’t responsible for any loss or damage resulting from their use beyond the license fee you paid.
