Emotional Intelligence Assessment
This (the MSCEIT2) is the only abilities-based emotional intelligence assessment, meaning it measures your actual emotional skills rather than your perceptions of them (i.e. self report). It explores the four key emotional intelligence abilities:
How you perceive emotions in yourself, others, and your environment
How you use emotions to guide thinking and decision-making
Your understanding of emotional language, shifts, and patterns
Your ability to manage emotions in yourself and in your relationships.
Together, these four abilities provide a clear picture of your emotional intelligence and how you are likely to navigate challenge, change, or complexity in your working life.
Because emotional intelligence is developable, this assessment not only highlights your existing strengths but also identifies focus areas that, when developed, can improve the way you work and interact in the work environment.
